We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in IT training, specializing in Power BI, to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional who excels in delivering existing and tailored training programmes, creating comprehensive course materials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Power BI courses, along with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training agenda related to Power BI.
• Create comprehensive course materials including presentations, hands-on activities, group exercises, case studies, and theoretical content.
• Deliver high-quality Power BI training sessions, ensuring that learners gain a strong understanding of both theory and practical application.
• Conduct coaching sessions, either in-person or online, to address individual learning needs and challenges, when required.
• Facilitate engaging group activities and collaborative problem-solving tasks to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure the integration of practical, hands-on exercises within the training programs to promote skill application.
• Provide performance tracking and feedback, adjusting the content and delivery approach to ensure optimal learner outcomes.
• Stay current with Power BI updates and other related BI tools to provide the most relevant and up-to-date training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Master's, or PhD degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another IT-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering IT training, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Proven experience in creating training programmes and developing comprehensive course materials.
• Solid background in delivering both theoretical and hands-on training, with a focus on Power BI.
• A history of delivering successful Power BI courses in the past 5 years, including relevant software and tools for both theoretical and hands-on instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners of various skill levels.
• Ability to tailor content for both novice and advanced learners.

Desired Skills:

• Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with other BI tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
• Experience with creating digital learning content, such as videos, quizzes, and interactive elements.
