Job description
Acts as a central point of contact for all training inquiries and requests relating to the Cast & Development unit.
Liaise with functional departments to coordinate brand training programs for new joiners and existing Casts.
Ensure that all Casts are inducted into Paramount Hotel in a welcoming and positive manner.
Create and maintain a monthly calendar of training events from all stakeholder recommendations.
Design and prepare training invites as per the monthly calendar.
Review existing forms and inform the Training Manager of changes, or when new forms and documents are required within training and development.
Update training resources and materials to reflect latest branding guidelines.
Maintain training records including completion status of online trainings.
Create electronic and physical folders for all training events.
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
Document all trainings against budget.
Create reports based on analyzing training data.
Provide general administrative support to members of the T&D team.
Experience and Technical Knowledge
Proven work experience as a Rehearsal (Training) Coordinator or similar role.
MS-Office proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
