Job description
  • Acts as a central point of contact for all training inquiries and requests relating to the Cast & Development unit.
  • Liaise with functional departments to coordinate brand training programs for new joiners and existing Casts.
  • Ensure that all Casts are inducted into Paramount Hotel in a welcoming and positive manner.
  • Create and maintain a monthly calendar of training events from all stakeholder recommendations.
  • Design and prepare training invites as per the monthly calendar.
  • Review existing forms and inform the Training Manager of changes, or when new forms and documents are required within training and development.
  • Update training resources and materials to reflect latest branding guidelines.
  • Maintain training records including completion status of online trainings.
  • Create electronic and physical folders for all training events.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Document all trainings against budget.
  • Create reports based on analyzing training data.
  • Provide general administrative support to members of the T&D team.

Experience and Technical Knowledge

  • Proven work experience as a Rehearsal (Training) Coordinator or similar role.
  • MS-Office proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
