Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to enhance employee skills, close knowledge gaps, and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing learning materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role requires close collaboration with department heads to identify training needs and create development plans for individuals and teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct induction, orientation, and site tours for new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding process
2. Perform skill gap analysis through interactions with department heads, role-play exercises, quizzes, and assessments for sales and non-sales teams
3. Deliver product training, refresher courses, broker training, on-the-job training, and process-related workshops to ensure competency at all levels
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate and incorporate them into training programs
5. Develop and maintain training materials, including handouts, presentations, e-learning modules, quizzes, and learning aids
6. Design and implement training workshops within the assigned budget
7. Collect training feedback, track learning impact, and assess return on investment for continuous improvement
8. Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate training activities across various projects and locations

Required Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate training environment
3. Proven experience as a sales trainer, preferably in real estate
4. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
5. Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
6. Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other learning tools
7. Additional certification in training and development is a plus
8. Willingness to travel across different project sites and stands
