We are hiring a Training and Development Specialist to address employee skill & knowledge gaps, prepare learning materials, and evaluate results after each training session. Responsibilities include closely working with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
Responsibilities
Conduct effective induction, orientation, and site tour sessions for Azizi new joiners.
Conduct skill gap analysis by interacting with HODs, mock role-plays, quizzes, and assessments with sales and non-sales teams.
Conduct product training, refresher trainings, broker training, OJTs, and process trainings to ensure the skill and knowledge of each individual is at par.
Provide updates on industry trends and best practices in real estate.
Create and maintain project handouts, presentations, e-learning modules, quizzes, instructional materials, and learning aids.
Design training workshops and programs within the mentioned budgets.
Collect training feedback and maintain records of training impact for identifying ROI.
Manage multiple stakeholders and multi-task effectively.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university.
More than 5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer.
Experience in Real Estate sales is preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
Available to join immediately.
Hands-on experience with presentation software (Microsoft Presentations, Canva, etc.).
Proficient public speaker with strong presentation skills.
Additional certification in training is a plus.
Comfortable with travel across Azizi projects and stands.
