Job description

Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator

Location: Dubai

ROLE PURPOSE

The coordinator will manage the operational aspects of the corporate training workshops. This will include preparing proposals, coordinating with instructors (especially those from the UK), collaborating with our UK team, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth execution of each workshop. The Office Coordinator will also assist in maintaining smooth communication internally and externally to ensure successful delivery of the workshops.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing proposals, coordinating with instructors and collaboration with the UK team.
  • Ensure successful coordination and delivery of workshops and company-wide events and meetings.
  • Liaise with clients (visitors/guests/callers), making them feel welcome and comfortable, answering any questions.
  • Manage company-wide communications, such as memos, announcements, and invitations.
  • Support the staff as needed by completing various general administrative tasks, such as creating documents, proofreading, sending communications, and filing.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
  • Detail-oriented precision in all areas of work.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple schedules and calendars.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and office management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to comfortably multitask and shift gears throughout the workday.
