Develop and execute Trade Marketing plans for targeted trade lanes in conjunction with Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and execute Sales Operations.
• Support Sales in Preparing Value Proposals for customers.
• MIS Performance Reporting on trade plans and sales efforts.
• Business Margin evaluation and discussions across trade corridors and sales accounts.
• CRM management – Sales Pipeline management, creating dashboards and ensuring process and data management
• Providing the commercial teams with updated marketing insights with a focus on capacity/pricing across targeted trade lanes/corridors.
• Lead digital campaigns & lead generation creating awareness of our various logistics products and s vices using email and WhatsApp broadcasts across targeted customers/corridors – in conjunction with pricing and sales.
• Manage and own the Customer Segmentation for Logistics business.
