Job description

Trade Marketing Executive - FMCG

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Manage Brand Portfolio Business: Responsible for Net Sales & Net Margin target achievement for the period specified.
  2. Manage inventory of all SKUs of the product portfolio – forecast, stock cover, aging stock, GRV order cancellation etc.
  3. Share Stock & Sales report with Brand Principal by 5th of every month.
  4. Preparation of complete Business Plan for New Brands.
  5. Launch of New Brands as per set timelines and clauses incorporated in Business Plan.
  6. Prepare initial launch result report post launch (3 months after launch).
  7. Manage Claim Submission: (Brand Principal Receivables) for all brands (both foods & non-foods).
  8. Ensure all claim documentation is completed by the cutoff date for all expenses incurred till 30th / 31st of last month.
  9. Ensure submission of claims along with Claim Tracker with Brand Principal every month.
  10. Follow up with Brand Principal on any pending payments or re-submission requests.
  11. Intimate summarized details of spends of previous month to Brand Principal by the cutoff of every month and secure their confirmation/alignment.
  12. Ensure necessary liaising with Sales Team & Commercial Team for timely settlement of claims.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

MBA from a reputed institute, with 4-5 years’ experience in FMCG industry handling Trade Marketing role.

DRIVING LICENCE:

Valid UAE driving license essential.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Good analytical ability.
  3. Good presentation skills.
