Tower Crane Operator

The Director of Supply Chain Management position is to provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization's entire supply chain function.

• This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, minimize costs, and optimize processes across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
• The Director plays a pivotal role in aligning supply chain activities with overall business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas.

Business Growth :

• Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations to optimize purchasing decisions and ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery
• Drive cost reduction strategies, value engineering efforts, and supplier consolidation initiatives to achieve savings targets and improve overall procurement efficiency
• Evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and industry dynamics to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks

Client Experience :

• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional heads, and business units, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives
• Engage with external stakeholders, industry associations, and peer networks to stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management

Team Management :

• Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the supply chain organization, fostering a culture of learning, diversity, and inclusion
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills, competencies, and capabilities of supply chain team members

Education and Experience :

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field . MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience
• Industry : Facilities Management / Projects / Technical Consulting / Real Estate Management / Community Management / Construction

Skills :

• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance improvement
• Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and resilience
