We are currently partnered with an extremely reputable and sizeable Abu Dhabi based business who are looking to hire a Rewards, OD and WFP Lead - reporting into the VP.
This role will support the design of strategic initiatives related to organisational design and workforce planning to boost effectiveness and meet business goals. It will also help develop a competitive rewards framework, including fixed pay, incentives, and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal norms and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing compensation structures, managing merit increases, handling promotions and their impact on pay, building rewards models for bonuses, and ensuring compliance with NRC guidelines.
