Time Keeper

We are looking for an experienced Events Production Manager (Exhibition) with a strong background in events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in hospitality and protocol management, bringing a combination of creativity, organization, and leadership to execute high-profile projects successfully. This role requires hands-on management, from planning to post-production, ensuring all technical and operational elements run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the production of events, exhibitions, and related projects from concept through completion.
2. Manage all logistical, operational, and technical aspects of production, including AV, staging, lighting, and set construction.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all event elements.
4. Develop production timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all resources are managed effectively.
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure the production meets their vision.
6. Ensure all event operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, including hospitality and protocol standards.
7. Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and execution, troubleshooting any issues in real-time.
8. Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the event experience and meet client expectations.
9. Monitor post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
