Tile Mason

We are seeking a skilled Tile Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong
work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
2. Measuring and cutting tiles to fit around obstacles, such as pipes and electrical outlets
3. Mix and apply adhesive and grout to hold tiles in place
4. Install tiles in various patterns, including diagonal, herringbone and subway
5. Repair and replace damaged tiles
6. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
7. Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Skills and Requirements:

1. At least 3 years proven work experience in the Construction industry
2. Familiarity with power and hand tools like Ceramic Tile Cutter, Bandsaw, and Air Compressor
3. Knowledge of various tiling designs and techniques
4. Understanding of different tiles available in the market, such as porcelain tiles, glass tiles, and metal tiles
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends
