Test Manager, SME/QA Manager, Cards Test Engineer (For A Leading Bank In UAE)

We are looking for a Seasoned Test Manager/SME/QA Manager/Test Engineer with expertise in QA Automation, Functional Testing, and Performance Testing within the Banking domain.

Experience Required: 15+ years, primarily in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Leadership: Experience in leading large and complex projects from a QA perspective is essential.
3. QA Governance: Expertise in QA governance, including reporting, planning, monitoring, and execution.
4. Quality Assurance: Overall responsibility for the quality of testing and timely delivery.
5. Test Improvement Initiatives: Serve as the key driver for test improvement initiatives.
6. Strategy and Planning: Create test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, and allocation.
7. Client Interaction: Engage with client teams on project risks and concerns and resolve issues.
8. Reporting: Report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes.
10. Metrics: Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.
11. Knowledge Management: Manage knowledge effectively within the project.
12. Test Design and Execution: Create test designs, execution plans, and testing schedules.
13. Task Management: Assign tasks to team members and manage workloads efficiently.
14. Project Tracking: Track project milestones and deliverables.
15. Offshore Team Management: Manage offshore teams and monitor their work.
16. Support: Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team.
17. Requirement Management: Keep track of new requirements from the project.
18. Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.
19. User Coordination: Coordinate with users for input, reviews, and approvals.
20. Metrics Implementation: Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation.
21. Testing Activities: Report on testing activities, including results, test suite creation, test case coverage, and defects.
22. Stakeholder Management: Capable of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
