About Information System
This team is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and is responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation, and maintenance of the company.

About the team
We are committed to creating global products for ByteDance to enhance efficiency and thereby reduce costs. Within our team, we focus on:

1. Building a comprehensive global Procurement system
2. An efficient global Travel service platform for all ByteDancers

We work towards the goal of creating a differentiated product and making an impact by exploring industry-leading practices and innovating through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality assurance work of internal products (procurement, travel & expense), including Web, H5, App, backend, and other ends;
2. Conduct tests according to product requirements, including test design, test execution, defect submission and tracking, test reports, etc;
3. Responsible for tracking the progress of products and projects, assisting in the iteration and release of product versions, and ensuring the smooth progress and high-quality release of projects;
4. Analyze, locate, and track the issues found in the tests, and promote the timely and reasonable resolution of these issues;
5. Strong awareness of test automation and tooling, able to find the most suitable technical solution in combination with business and implement it.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer-related fields;
2. Able to read English materials, fluent in English oral communication as the working language;
3. More than three years of testing experience, familiar with software R&D process; familiar with test case design, and have relatively systematic test analysis and design ability;
4. Proficient in using packet capture tools such as Charles, Fiddler, and proficient in using MySQL database;
5. Good coding foundation, proficient in at least one of Java/Go/Python;
6. Possess good communication skills and team spirit; can closely cooperate with the production and research team, and is good at learning and has strong stress resistance;
7. Familiar with internal products, experience in testing ERP-related systems is preferred.
