Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies operational efficiencies by using Qashio.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans.
• Packaging Qashio's features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.
• Understanding customer's challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution.
• Leading and coordinating contract negotiations for a successful close.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future upsell opportunities.
• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
• Analysing assigned markets potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics.
• Representing Qashio and acting as a brand advocate in events, conferences and other networking activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. Start up experience is a must, Fintech and/or SaaS would be a plus.
• Extremely proactive.
• Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting .
• A bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
• Excellent proficiency in communication and written English, Arabic would be a plus.
