We are looking for an organized and proactive Tenancy Coordinator for one of our billionaire-based Real Estate clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team coordination, real estate, and administration. The Tenancy Coordinator will play a key role in managing tenant relations, processing rental agreements, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the real estate sector.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within real estate, team coordination, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns, queries, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Lease Management: Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring all legal requirements and policies are adhered to.
Property Inspections: Coordinate property inspections, including move-in and move-out inspections, and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance requests from tenants, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Documentation: Maintain and update tenant records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Rent Collection & Billing: Assist with rent collection and follow up on overdue payments, issuing receipts and payment reminders when necessary.
Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, maintenance, accounts) to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
Reports: Assist with preparing regular reports on tenancy renewals, vacancies, and property condition updates.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are in compliance with local property laws and regulations, keeping up to date with changes in the legal environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within real estate, team coordination, and administration.
Education: A background in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
