Job Purpose:
Manage and handle the cash / cheques transactions at the teller counter and ensure the delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to operational controls and avoiding cash excesses and shortages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education:
• Higher Secondary School
Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:
• Technical knowledge on negotiable instruments (such as Cheques)
Experience:
• 2 to 3 years' experience as Teller
