Telesales Representative - UAE National/Emiratisation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our real estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship management. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for the real estate industry

Key Duties:

• Communicate with potential clients via phone to promote real estate services and boost sales.
• Understand client needs and provide detailed information about available properties.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert them into actual customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Update the customer database and record all sales-related activities.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and performance progress.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate.

Other Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic & English is required
