Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our HR consulting services
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
3. Identify and qualify potential leads through research and cold calling
4. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
5. Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
6. Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to effectively sell our services

Qualifications:

1. Must be a native Arabic speaker
2. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
6. Knowledge of HR services and solutions is a plus

Salary AED 4000-6000 (all in) + incentives
