DOO you have what it takes?

What you'll be working on:

  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective telephonic conversations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and identify customer needs where the company's solutions can fit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to better position services to customers.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers by using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and following up.
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations while maintaining high standards of customer support and communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
  • Stick to the sales script and strategy while adapting to conversations when necessary to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Keep customers informed about new product launches and updates.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong active listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferable knowledge in Real Estate.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
