Job description

Objectives:

Telesales is the selling of a company's products or services by phone, either by calling possible customers or by answering calls from customers. Common steps to the selling process: prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, handling objections, closing and follow-up.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Identify prospective customers, conversion and retention.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the products.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Duty Timings:

  • 10 hours Duty.
  • 3 Days off Monthly on Rotational basis.

All Requirements for the job Role:

  • 12th Class or Higher Secondary school preferred.
  • At least 1 yr+ experience in Telesales, Banking sector experience, etc.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000 - AED3,500.00 per month
