Role Description

We are looking for telesales agents with experience in call center in cosmetic centers that have dealt with inbound and outbound calls for plastic surgeries and hair transplants.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Dubai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assisting with inquiries, promoting services, providing after care service.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CRM systems
• Up-selling and cross-selling
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Customer Support and Sales experience
• Training skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communication, or related field
