Telesales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-Sales Executives to join our real estate team in Dubai. Your primary role will be to connect with property owners and secure listings for the secondary real estate market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a salary plus commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to property owners to identify potential opportunities for secondary market listings.
2. Build rapport with property owners to understand their selling or renting needs.
3. Present the company's value proposition to secure exclusive property listings.
4. Maintain a strong database of property owners and update CRM systems with accurate information.
5. Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
6. Leverage knowledge of property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and others to highlight the visibility and reach their property will achieve when listed.
7. Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
8. Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to optimize client satisfaction and company success.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
2. Hands-on experience and understanding of property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and other similar platforms.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Target-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
6. Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
8. Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
