What You'll Do:

  1. Identify and connect with potential clients across the UAE & GCC.
  2. Present Caliberly's services, highlighting our tailored solutions and success stories.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in tele sales or business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  3. A persuasive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  4. Familiarity with the UAE & GCC markets and their business landscapes.
  5. Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
