Telesales Representative

Job Summary :

As a Telesales Representative, you'll be the voice of Be You Clinic engaging with potential clients over the phone to introduce them to our services, answer inquiries, and schedule consultations. You'll play a key role in our sales team, turning leads into loyal clients through professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from our leads database.
• Introduce and promote clinic services (e.g., skincare, body treatments, laser therapies, etc.).
• Answer questions and provide detailed information about procedures and promotions.
• Book consultations and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes using our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and front desk teams to align messaging and support campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or aesthetics services is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and phone systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
