Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Female Telecaller with a background in Forex trading and financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, assisting potential clients, and promoting our Forex services. She must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Forex trading, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services.
2. Explain financial products, trading platforms, and investment opportunities in Forex.
3. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into active traders.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading strategies, and company services.
5. Handle customer queries related to Forex trading, account setup, and platform usage.
6. Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Meet sales and conversion targets set by the company.
8. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with clients regularly.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telecalling & Forex industry.
2. Strong knowledge of Forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Hindi & English].
4. Ability to handle client queries professionally and provide necessary guidance.
