Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate telesales representatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities.
  • Implement best practices in customer engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and competitor strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools for effective performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and motivate the team.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and understanding different cultural nuances in sales.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a constantly evolving business landscape.
