Telesales Executive/Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Sell banking products – especially credit cards
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Generate new leads and follow up with prospects
• Identify and visit new clients in assigned areas
• Promote and sell company products face-to-face
• Maintain customer relations and generate repeat business
• Report sales performance and market feedback
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in tele sales/telemarketing (Freshers Welcome)
• 1+ years of outdoor sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of CRM tools & Microsoft Office
• Experience in credit cards/loans is an added advantage
• Visit Visa holders are welcome to apply
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
