Telesales Executive - Recruitment -Female - Arabic /Malyali Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and promoting recruitment services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote recruitment services.
2. Identify and qualify leads to create new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
4. Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the business development team.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Provide regular feedback to the team about client requirements and market trends.
8. Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: 1-3 years of telesales experience, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Familiarity with recruitment processes and terminology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
