Telesales Executive (Real Estate)
Job description
Our client, a well-known real estate broker, is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their office in Business Bay.
Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Experience in real estate sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
