Job description

We are hiring Telesales Executive to join our real estate brokerage team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients over the phone, promote our property listings, and close deals with the sales team to meet sales targets. This is a salary & commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

  • Call potential clients from provided leads.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations.
  • Promote property listings and explain key features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Database Management:

  • Update and manage client information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Track call outcomes and follow-up schedules.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competition.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred).
