The Tele-sales Executive must have good communication skills and the ability to change the customer experience in a positive way in accordance with AGMC standards.
The Tele-sales Executive is responsible for supporting customers by providing information and handling their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Responsibility:
Research and contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and arrange suitable appointments for the Sales Team.
Call and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Contact data will come from our CRM system, supplemented by external lists.
Key Tasks:
Qualify sales leads in line with corporate's target customer criteria.
Generate and book in excess of 20 qualified leads per day.
Contact 100 new prospect accounts per day.
Collate information on prospective clients.
Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities. Identify past prospects due for follow-up calls.
Log all calls and monitor success rates.
Produce regular reports on activity levels.
Follow-up specific marketing campaigns.
Work with field sales to support them in achieving corporate sales objectives.
Present corporate in an accurate and positive manner on the phone.
Skills and Qualifications:
Intelligent and quick-witted, able to rapidly assimilate new products and services.
Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills.
Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis.
Must work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.
Interpersonal skills to work with staff across the whole company.
Have sufficient analytical experience to complete research identifying relevant information on prospective customers.
Commercially minded with experience of working to achieve targets.
Preferably English and Arabic speakers.
Preferably has A-level or Graduate level education or equivalent.
Demonstrable success in Tele-sales, telemarketing, or tele-research roles including setting appointments for field sales colleagues.
Effective in exposing prospects' key business drivers and matching these to the company.
