Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Exec at Total Talent Services, located in Dubai. The person will be responsible for performing outbound calls, generating leads, and providing customer support. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Customer Support and Training skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
