Job Responsibilities

  • Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts.
  • Answer questions about products, handle objections, and complete the sales.
  • Update customer information in the CRM.
  • Ensure all product features are explained properly and complete sales with no after-sales complaints.
  • Prepare MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data, etc.
  • Achieve success ratio by offering the right products to the customers.
  • Meet the daily call targets set for the day.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferred.

Educational Qualification: Preferably University Degree.

Skills & Abilities

Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
