Telesales Executive

Math Quotient offers a personalized and result-oriented Math improvement program for grades 5-12 along with Math for aspirants of competitive exams across the world like ACT, SAT, IIT JEE, etc. We at Math Quotient bring expert math tutoring classes at the comfort of your home as well as at our Dubai center. Math Quotient is the brainchild of IITD alumnus, Himanshu Jain, who has designed a unique BMI testing program that finds the issue, cause, and remedy of student’s math problems. Within a short span of time, Math Quotient has become one of the promising math training institutes across the world.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

1. Setting sales targets for the organization
2. Assigning tasks to telemarketers to achieve sales objectives
3. Communicating with customers via cold calling and email marketing
4. Explaining products and services to customers
5. Writing scripts with all information required to understand the products
6. Generating leads for outside sales teams

Ideal Profile

1. You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.
2. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
3. Experience in Tele sales or similar roles.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to handle pressure.
6. Proficient in English in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders in the region.
7. Location: Work from Office.
8. Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month + Incentives.
9. Education: MBA (Preferred).
10. Experience: Sales Executive: 6 months - 1 year (Preferred).
