Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Proven Experience in Telesales or Business Development , preferably in a recruitment or manpower agency environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
