Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Sales Pitch: Effectively present and promote IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP software solutions, and other technology services.
3. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and tracking potential clients.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance lead conversion.
7. Reporting: Document and report sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT consulting or a related industry.
3. Nationality: Female candidates preferred.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
5. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals over the phone and achieve targets.
6. Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.
7. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and reporting.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
9. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
10. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
