Telesales Executive

A self-motivated and target-driven go-getter with a can-do attitude. Holding excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal & problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers and initiate contact to generate sales.
2. Introduce products and services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
3. Deal with troubleshooting and handling of customer complaints.
4. Prepare sales reports and compare competitor offer conditions.
5. Ensure and maintain internal relationships.
