Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and drive enrollments for our IELTS, PTE, OET, Naati and Language courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels to promote courses.
  2. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
  3. Understand the customer’s requirements, educational background, and language proficiency goals.
  4. Recommend appropriate courses and provide detailed information about course offerings, benefits, and fees.
  5. Convince and close enrollments by effectively handling queries and objections.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective and existing students.
  2. Track and update the status of leads using CRM tools.
  3. Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve a high conversion rate.

Target Achievement:

  1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Work with the team to create and implement sales strategies.

Market Feedback:

  1. Gather feedback from customers about the courses and relay it to the management team for improvement.
  2. Stay updated on competitors and market trends in similar course coaching.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Experience:
    0-2 years of experience in tele sales or education counseling.
    Prior experience in selling educational products or courses will be a plus.
  3. Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
    Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.
  4. Personality Traits:
    Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
