This is a full-time on-site role for a telesales executive, located in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves proactively contacting potential customers, promoting the company's products and services, and securing new business opportunities through outbound calls. The Telesales Executive will also maintain an accurate database of customers, record all transactions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's products or services.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company offerings, including game rules, odds, promotions, and bonuses, to effectively communicate these to customers.
Providing excellent customer service to the customers, addressing their queries, assisting with their account management, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 months of experience in the telesales industry.
Candidates must be under 30 years old.
