TITLE: Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

1. A bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related degree is preferred.
2. Possess one (1) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.
3. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Wisconsin.

Hours and compensation potential:

Day shift, but some evening hours may be required. The salary range is between $95K - $125K depending on experience. A complete benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement is offered.

What you'll be doing:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities, as well as all company policies, to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
• Operate the facility within the budget.
• Note that the position is located east of LaCrosse, WI, and is a 40-bed facility.
• The company is a leading provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care, operating in multiple states with over 4,000 beds.
