Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups, effectively introducing real estate services tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and articulate persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of properties, attracting and engaging potential buyers.
  • Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and preferences to ensure a targeted approach in the sales process.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual property tours, showcasing listings while addressing client inquiries and overcoming objections in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to stay updated on market trends and property inventory, ensuring informed conversations with clients.
  • Adapt sales techniques based on client feedback and market conditions, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and stay current with industry regulations and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding real estate concepts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector, showcasing a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language proficiency considered a strong advantage for diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and persuasive interactions with potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, essential for converting leads into satisfied clients and successful transactions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and fluctuating market conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
