- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our investment opportunities and financial products.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert them into clients.
- Provide information about market trends, investment strategies, and financial services offered by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in opening brokerage accounts, completing necessary paperwork, and guiding them through the account setup process.
- Stay updated on market developments, economic news, and regulatory changes affecting the financial industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-study.
