Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups, effectively introducing real estate services tailored to their needs.
2. Develop and articulate persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of properties, attracting and engaging potential buyers.
3. Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and preferences to ensure a targeted approach in the sales process.
4. Schedule and conduct virtual property tours, showcasing listings while addressing client inquiries and overcoming objections in real-time.
5. Collaborate with the real estate team to stay updated on market trends and property inventory, ensuring informed conversations with clients.
6. Adapt sales techniques based on client feedback and market conditions, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding real estate concepts.
2. Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector, showcasing a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language proficiency considered a strong advantage for diverse clientele.
