Telephone Operator

Telephone Operator:

First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator, you will take care of the guests by answering all the calls in our Royal Service Center.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, respond to requests, and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service.
• The Royal Service Center is a One Stop Shop, and you will be assisting the guests with all room service orders as well as responding to their queries and requests.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE.
• Being multilingual (Arabic, German, Russian) would be a plus.
• Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is mandatory.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
