Job description
Position: Telephone Operator
Number of Vacancies:
1
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of call logs and customer interactions.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and updating records.
Manage and maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times.
Experience Requirements:
Languages:
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of Arabic is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in computer operations and customer care handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Age:
Candidates should be less than 30 years old.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 1500 per month.
Accommodation: Provided free of charge.
Food Allowance: Included.
Leave Policy:
After 1 year: 30 days + leave salary.
After 2 years: 75 days leave.
