Job description

Position: Telephone Operator

Number of Vacancies: 1

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of call logs and customer interactions.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and updating records.
  • Manage and maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times.

Experience Requirements:

  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English
    • Working knowledge of Arabic is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in computer operations and customer care handling.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age:
    • Candidates should be less than 30 years old.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 1500 per month.
  • Accommodation: Provided free of charge.
  • Food Allowance: Included.
  • Leave Policy:
    • After 1 year: 30 days + leave salary.
    • After 2 years: 75 days leave.
