Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all calls in a prompt and efficient manner as per hotel standards and transfer calls to related extensions.
- Receive, handle, and convey to the Duty Manager and concerned department any requests or complaints received from guests and clients.
- Assist the Reception team in preparing for daily arrivals and welcoming the guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Knowledge of the Opera system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
