Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answer all calls in a prompt and efficient manner as per hotel standards and transfer calls to related extensions.
  2. Receive, handle, and convey to the Duty Manager and concerned department any requests or complaints received from guests and clients.
  3. Assist the Reception team in preparing for daily arrivals and welcoming the guests.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
  2. Knowledge of the Opera system.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
