Telemarketing Representative

HERE PROPERTIES LLC is a real estate company looking for a telemarketing representative who can join us immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Looking for an experienced Telesales Representative who is confident and well-spoken for a Real Estate Company in Dubai.
• Effectively manage and handle the pre-sale activities.
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls on our existing client database.
• Arrange meetings of the agent with clients.
• Interact with prospective clients (individuals, investors, retailers, and property dealers) to keep them updated with the latest developments and offerings, making them a part of our projects.
• Keep accurate records of conversations for feedback to our clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Real estate background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and Russian are additional assets.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant fields.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
• Prior experience as a tele caller or in a similar role.

SALARY: To be discussed upon interview, depending on experience.
