Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Telesales in IT Products and target-based job.
2. Handle questions and complaints via phone, e-mail, and basic communication.
3. Assist with mail as required.
4. Build partnerships with customers through regular use of a client book.
5. Accomplish monthly and yearly sales targets.
6. Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
7. Keep records with a checklist of recognized customers and establish new customers.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month

Capacity to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to transfer before starting work (Required).

Experience: Telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred).
