Installation, Maintenance & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair telecom hardware and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and antennas.
Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and validate Test and Measurement equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with telecom systems, both locally and internationally.
Technical Support: Provide support for on-site technicians and outsourced personnel.
Network Testing: Perform network testing and signal quality analysis for optimal performance.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports and maintain equipment manuals, service reports, and calibration logs.
System Upgrades & Optimization: Upgrade and optimize telecom systems for improved efficiency.
Equipment Inventory & Procurement: Manage stock of telecom equipment, spare parts, and assist in procurement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Training: Assist in training technicians and outsourced staff on telecom equipment operation.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma/degree or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in telecom maintenance, repair, and calibration, with expertise in network systems and RF equipment.
Skills: Knowledge of telecom infrastructure (e.g., routers, antennas, fiber optics).
Experience with Test and Measurement equipment calibration (e.g., NIST, ISO).
Strong troubleshooting abilities across telecom equipment and network systems.
Familiarity with network management software and diagnostic tools.
Strong communication skills.
Desirable:
Knowledge of 5G, LTE, and IP-based telecom technologies.
Experience in network planning, implementation, and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
