Role & Responsibilities

Expert Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, assess and elaborate business requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
3. Develop end-to-end solutions across BSS/OSS domain and system architectures that include clear integration specifications, use case diagrams, workflows, mockups, data models, constraints and traceability matrix.
4. Interact with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to develop and align end-to-end solution design.
5. Support development, project management and testing teams during project execution, acting as a conduit between business and technical teams.
6. Drive and apply best practices, industry trends and standards in solution design and development.
7. Provide KPIs & reports for team operations.
8. Support team to resolve solution disputes between internal IT domains.
9. Participate in technical evaluation of RFPs for new platform/solution procurement.
10. Participate in technical evaluation/response for regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
2. 8 years of experience in Solution Design domain in IT/Telecom industry.
3. Detailed technical and functional knowledge of the relevant platforms/systems worked on.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
